# FAQ

Some other common questions answered here.

<mark style="color:orange;">What is this bank channel for?</mark>\
The bank is for members to claim their unclaimed earned tokens. You can assign a 'claim rate' to users that have a certain role. This system allows you to reward certain roles with higher or lower claim rates.\
\
For example: If you've earned 10,000 coins and your a NFT holder and have the <mark style="color:orange;">Holder</mark> role, we can allow you to claim 120% instead of the default 100%, so when you go to your bank and press 'Claim' you will receive 12,000 coins instead of 10,000. \
\
Alternatively, you can set other roles to a lower claim rate. If you set your default <mark style="color:green;">Verified</mark> role to 50% claim rate, then that same user that has earned 10,000 coins will only receive 5,000 coins.\
\
To use this command you can type `.set-claim-rates` to see the description.

{% hint style="info" %}
By default all claim rates are set to 100%. Most clients won't have the need to adjust these.
{% endhint %}

<mark style="color:orange;">If a user cheated or exploited to gain coins what can I do?</mark>\
If that user purchased something from using their auto-chat bot or did some other exploit to farm coins, you can check their history before rewarding them the purchased item. If you decided they're not playing by the rules you can run the command `.remove-rewards` and take away their coins.\
\
Alternatively you can use the command `.give-rewards` to give a user X amount of coins. Recommended to give yourself and other admins some starting reward funds so other users can loot you.

<mark style="color:orange;">How can I re-link my twitter account or add a new account?</mark>\
An admin can type in the command `.link-twitter` and this will initiate the twitter linking section, this would usually be done in a ticket if a user is having issues linking their twitter - but not in a public channel. This command will only work if you've applied your Twitter API and Access keys as directed in the [Raid-to-Earn (OnlyRaids)](/ua-engagement-bot/engagement-tools-setup/raid-to-earn-onlyraids.md) section.\
\
\ <mark style="color:orange;">Why isn't the</mark> <mark style="color:orange;"></mark><mark style="color:orange;">`.leaderboard`</mark> <mark style="color:orange;"></mark><mark style="color:orange;">command working?</mark>\
The leaderboard only tracks <mark style="color:green;">Claimed</mark> coins/tokens. Your users will need to visit the Bank channel to claim their tokens before anything will be visible on the leaderboard. You can test it's functionality by giving yourself 5,000 coins with the `.give-rewards` command and then go to the bank channel and <mark style="color:green;">Claim</mark> your coins. Then check the leaderboard again.
